Licensed Nursing Home Adminstrator
Job Description: The Administrator of skilled nursing will manage all aspects of the skilled nursing care program including staffing, financial management, interaction with patients and families, community relations, and regulatory compliance. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operations, leadership, management and success of this facility. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining top performing team members. Must have a current Minnesota LNHA Certification.
Job Description: Responsible for assisting residents with Social and emotional issues relating to placement in a nursing facility and all other aspects of his/her life. Performs periodic assessments of all residents to determine status and needs. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in order to communicate assessments and findings. Ability to assess the resident’s social, emotional and psychological needs and develop treatment plans. Experience in health care and/ or geriatric setting. Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing the social service function within a nursing facility.

Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementations, and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environment to maintain resident/patient safety, and supervises the resident/patient care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Follows all Facility policies and procedures.
Licensed Practicing Nurse
Job Description: An LPN, under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager/DON, the LPN/LVN performs as a licensed caregiver and assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned residents/patients for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the resident’s/patient’s plan of care. The LPN/LVN adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environment to maintain resident/patient safety, and supervises the resident/patient care activity performance by nursing assistants. Follows all Facility policies and procedures.
Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Description: A CNA, under the supervision of the assigned LPN or RN Unit Supervisor, performs resident/patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned. Job Description: The Dietary Aide is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experiences for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
